6/06 - CROSGROVE RECIEVES BFA AT TEMPLE UNIVERSITY/ TYLER SCHOOL OF ART
Both design and illustration portfolios were completed. Crosgrove graduated PHI THETA KAPPA, with honors including:THE NATIONAL SOCIETY OF COLLEGATE SCHOLARS &THE GOLDEN KEY NATIONAL HONOUR SOCIETY.




6/05 - CROSGROVE TO SHOW AT MUSEUM OF DESIGN, ATLANTA.
Kate Crosgrove's Built to Spill Poster, #18 (of the 2003 Built to Spill series), and her 2005 Macrock poster will be shown at the "Graphic Noise" exhibit, held at the MUSEUM OF DESIGN, ATLANTA July 28 - August 20, 2005.

Macrock is a weekend dedicated to the progress of college radio and independent music, MACRoCk features DJs and managers from East Coast college radio stations, roundtable discussions, a label exposition and many different concerts held in the Harrisonburg area. This has become an annual event that attracts thousands of college DJs, independent bands, music industry representatives and concertgoers from all over the nation in celebration of student-run radio, independent music, independent thought and independent business. MACRoCk strives to recognize lesser-known bands that are overshadowed within an industry dominated by corporate record labels and commercial bands. The event is a mixture of booked bands that are not on a major label and applied bands that are selected by a blind listening committee. Last year we received around 700 applications from all over the US. We pride ourselves on giving bands the exposure they need to gain success in the independent music industry.

4/05 - Special Judges Recognition awarded to Kate Crosgrove.
A Special Judges Recognition in the Design Against Fur competition was awarded to Kate Crosgrove. Design Against Fur is an international graphic design competition that brings awareness to issues in the fur industry.
